Updates on Texas House Bill 4 (CSHB4)

House Bill 4 is directly related to the same educational and legislative vision which led to the TIP grant project. If passed, it provide increased spending flexibility for Texas schools as well as additional funding for one-to-one technology immersion. Last updated 12 April 2005.
