Anita Page takes over as president of the Staff Council in the College of Education 2006-2007.

Dr. Pat Kelley received the Bob Bryant and Bill Bryan Leadership in Orientation and Mobility Award at the TAER 2006 Conference.

Dr. Nora Griffin-Shirley became chair of the AER O&M Division and remains on the AER Board of Directors 2006.

Dr. Nora Griffin-Shirley, Ronita Jones, and Charlie Davis are quoted in the August 2006 edition of the Southwest Airlines SPIRIT Magazine.
