Steps that you will need to begin the process to obtain your ESL/Bilingual Supplemental Certification:

  1. Application to Graduate School: You can fill out the online or print off a paper copy to fax or mail to Graduate School. Website for Graduate School: http://www.gradschool.ttu.edu
  2. If you are not a Texas Tech undergraduate you will need to get an official copy of transcripts from every College or University you attended, sent to Graduate.
  3. If you are a Texas Tech undergraduate we already have your transcript/s, unless you attend a school after completing you Bachelors degree. If this is the case you will need to provide an official copy from any school you attended after receiving your degree.
  4. You will need to pay a $50 application fee to Graduate School. They will not process any paperwork until the application fee is received.
  5. You will need to apply to the College of Education as a Graduate School seeking a Supplement Certificate in ESL/Bilingual. The instructions to do this are on the back of this page.
  6. For you to be part of the Project TEACH program you will need to fill out one of the PT applications. You can find these through the PT website:
