Share Designer Access
TTU Faculty teaching with WebCT or a COE staff member added to a course as a "shared designer" to assist in managing, creating, and updating an existing WebCT course.
The procedures for doing this are:

Click on Control Panel (make sure EXPANDED CONTROL PANEL is clicked)

Under MANAGE COURSE on the right, click SHARE ACCESS

On the right under ACTIONS, type the person's WebCT userid and click ADD
