Releasing WebCT Grades

In WebCT, after you have put a grade in a column you do need to "release it." Do this by:

1. Click View Designer map
2. Click Manage Students
3. Under Advanced Options click Modify Columns and click Go
4. Click the checkbox above the grade column you want to release
5. On the left side of the screen, click the radio button beside RELEASE COLUMNS and change the popup menu on the right from No to Yes.
6. Click Update

That should release the score so students can see their grade when they click on My Grades .
