Entering WebCT Grades

These are basic steps for entering Grades in WebCT:

  1. Click on MANAGE COURSE
  2. Click on MANAGE STUDENTS
  3. Click the radio button to Add column (at the right of the screen)
  4. Click Go
  5. Type the Label to name the column (i.e. Final Exam)
  6. Always choose type = Numeric, except for last calculated total column.
  7. Click Add
  8. Go back to Manage Students
  9. Choose Edit in the column you just created
  10. Enter grades for students
