Organizational Websites
Info for Faculty & Staff

How can the organization I sponsor get a website?

There are 2 basic options for getting an organizational website:

  1. Request an organizational website from the TTU IT Division (TOSM).
  2. Request an organizational website (which will be a subdirectory of our main College of Education website) from the college's network administrator.

How can our organizational website get updated?

Once your website is setup and you have access rights to edit and create files in it, someone in the organization needs to be delegated responsiblity for website maintenance.

  1. If this person needs training on website design, editing, or graphic design, free shortcourses at the TLTC and ATLC are available that can help.
  2. If you have questions or problems connecting to the website or with "rights" issues (saving and editing files) you can contact COE Network Support.

Faculty Support staff are responsible for assisting faculty with instructional technology needs, and are NOT available to assist (during regular work time) with organizational website updates.

Once you have your website up and running and want it linked from the main COE website, or if you have questions, please contact the COE webmaster.
