All Master's candidates in Community Counseling must complete and submit this form at least one semester before enrolling in EPCE 5360. Completing this form does not insure a place in the class. You must use this reservation form according to guidelines in the Community Practicum/Internship Handbook. Submit this form, six months before beginning your first practicum. Submit duplicate forms as needed.
