South Plains P-20 Educational Initiative
The Closing the Gaps South Plains P-20 Educational Initiative is a coalition of schools, higher education institutions, businesses, community-based organizations and faith-based organizations dedicated to fostering a college-going culture for the South Plains region of Texas.
Coalition members recognize that it will take new strategies, partnerships and leveraged resources to engage families in the education process from Pre-kindergarten (P) through graduate degree programs (20). The region?s economic prosperity and quality of life are dependent on the coalition?s success. Everyone is a stakeholder.
