Student Teaching

Students seeking admission to student teaching MUST complete ALL coursework prior to student teaching. 

In order to receive a student teaching placement, you must attend a student teaching application meeting the semester before you student teach.   You can find information about student teaching  in EDUC ROOM 106a or online at www.educ.ttu.edu/clinicalexperiences.  Attendance to a meeting is mandatory. Students must attend a meeting to receive a placement. 

Student teaching is a full-time experience.  We do not recommend that you work or take additional classes during the student teaching semester.
