Application Process

In order to qualify for consideration for a Jones Fellowship in the College of Education, you must:

1. Apply to the Graduate School for admission

2. Apply to the doctoral program in the College of Education for which you are interested

3. Apply online to become a Graduate Assistant in the College of Education

4. Complete admission for the Jones Fellowship by the appropriate deadline

Application deadlines for the Jones Fellowships are September 1 for students who wish to begin their studies in the spring semester and February 1 for students who plan to begin studies in the fall term. Apply online here

5. Send 3 Letters of Recommendation and a Curriculum Vitae:

Each letter should address the applicant's potential to excel in a doctoral program of study as well as his/her potential to make a significant contribution to the academy, community and world. Preference will be given to applicants who have not previously attended TTU.

Letters of recommendation (and other application requirements not submitted electronically) should be submitted to the Associate Dean for Graduate Education and Research by the application deadline.
