| The Educational
Leadership Principal Professional Certification Program requires
45 semester hours of graduate study. Principal candidates complete
a masters degree in Education (major in Educational Leadership)
through completion of 36 semester credit hours (completion of
the Foundation, Common, and Specialized Core areas, see Progression
of Studies below). Principal candidates complete requirements
for the Principal Professional Certification Program through completion
of an additional 9 elective semester credit hours (see Progression
of Studies below).
